What is the iLF?
The iLuv Fund is a proprietary multi-asset fund designed to provide cash flow and long-term appreciation to its members.
The Fund is comprised of two components: The iLF Platform, and iLF Shares.
iLF Platform access is necessary to participate to purchase, view, and redeem your iLF shares. the iLF shares give you access to a diversified portfolio of cashflow generating, hard-asset backed investments such as large-scale properties, rental homes, commercial properties, equity holdings, commodity-producing assets etc.
Each iLF Share pays a monthly dividend and is re-priced every year based on the appreciation of the underlying assets. Over the years, we expect iLF shares to gain significant value, while providing significant dividends to the shareholders along the way.
